We're here to make the process as simple as possible. Whether you need to return an item, exchange a size or cancel your order, you'll find everything you need below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges are always free.
Return or Exchange an Item
Enter your order number and email address below to register a return, request a size exchange or submit a complaint. Follow the instructions to complete your request.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please pack your items securely, preferably in their original packaging. Items from different orders must be returned separately.
Return Shipping Costs
- Sweden: 50 SEK
- Other EU countries & Rest of World: 8 EUR/GBP
- Size exchanges: Always free
Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are not collected or accepted upon delivery are subject to an unclaimed package fee of 100 SEK (20 EUR/GBP).
Want to Cancel Your Order?
EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, from the time of ordering until 14 days after delivery.
If your order hasn't shipped: We'll cancel your order and refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we'll refund up to the standard delivery cost.
If your order has already shipped: You'll need to return the items to us. We'll refund your order, including standard delivery costs, subject to the applicable return shipping fee.
