Returns & Refunds Policy
At Less Worries, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We accept returns on all orders worldwide.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards
Please note that any customs duties or import fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
Within Sweden
- Return within 14 days: 50 SEK
- Free size exchange
Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK, otherwise 50 SEK
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 100 SEK
Other EU Countries / Rest of the World
- Return within 14 days: 8 EUR/GBP
- Free size exchange
Free shipping on orders over 90 EUR/GBP, otherwise 8 EUR/GBP
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 20 EUR/GBP
Return Instructions
- Register your return: Use our return portal with your order number and email address.
- Pack the items: Use the original packaging if possible. Do not combine items from multiple orders in one parcel.
- Use the return label provided after registration: Attach the label included in your original package.
Refund Policy
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
