At Less Worries, your experience comes first. Not happy with your order? Here's everything you need to know.

Returning an item

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Gift cards can't be returned. Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs

Within Sweden: 50 SEK
Other EU countries / Rest of world: 8 EUR/GBP

Size exchanges are always free. Shipping is free on orders over 800 SEK (90 EUR/GBP) — otherwise the rates above apply. Unclaimed packages are charged a fee of 100 SEK (20 EUR/GBP).

How to return:

Register your return in our return portal using your order number and email.
Pack the items, ideally in the original packaging. Don't combine items from different orders in one parcel.
Attach the return label you receive after registering, and send it off.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your right of withdrawal

If you're in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal - separate from the returns policy above. This lets you cancel your whole order for any reason, with no conditions on the item's packaging or tags. You can withdraw any time from when you place your order until 14 days after delivery.

How it works:

Before your order ships — we cancel it and refund everything you paid, including standard delivery. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund up to the cost of our standard delivery. Nothing to send back.
After delivery — send the item back to us. We refund your order plus standard delivery, minus a return shipping fee (50 SEK within Sweden / 8 EUR outside Sweden).
