Shipping rates & delivery times
We offer shipping to Sweden, Norway and all EU countries. Shipping costs are based on your delivery destination and order value and are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable deliveries. Orders to Sweden, Denmark and Finland are shipped with Bring, orders to Norway with UPS Standard, and orders to other EU countries with DHL.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order value after any discounts and before shipping fees.
Order processing & delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, public holidays and periods of high demand. Please allow additional time during sales and promotional periods.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched.
If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping and handling fees may apply in accordance with applicable law.
Customs & import duties
Orders delivered within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import fees.
Orders to Norway are shipped with UPS Standard under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that Norwegian import VAT, applicable customs duties and carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the price displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
Returns & exchanges
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, the following return fees apply:

We offer complimentary size exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For damaged deliveries, please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
